Ingredients

butter

3 tablespoons
cocoa powder

1 cup
white sugar

flour

1/2 teaspoon
vanilla essence

3 tablespoons
brown sugar

1/2 cup
butter

1/4 cup
Cream

1 cup
chocolate chuncks
Directions

In a medium pot melt butter , Once butter is melted is melted take the pot of the heat and add the cocoa.

Pour wet mixture in a large bowl and mix in sugar and vanilla . Mix until mixture is smooth.

Once mixture is smooth add flour and chocolate and mix VERY WELL.

Pour mixture into a medium lined baking sized dish.

Melt more butter in another pot and make sure TO NOT burn butter .

Once butter is melted add brown sugar and give it a GOOD mix until butter is combined with sugar . Add cream and make sure stove top is not to hot.

Pour caramel sauce on top of the brownie mixture and gently mix it through with the brownie mix.

Put dish in the oven at 150 fan bake for 15-20 minutes.

Allow brownie to cool for 10 minutes and serve with wiped cream or optional toppings.
