Sauce of fresh tomatoes or tin of tomatoes with vegetables for spaghetti can be very delicious, and there are several things you can add to it.
A)INGREDIENTS:
-Three fresh tomatoes of medium size
-One carot
-Two green peppers
-One onion
-One pinch garlic
-A tin of mushrooms
-Olive oil
-Salt and pepper
-Origanon
-One small glass of red wine or balsamico (per option)
-One small teaspoonful of sugar
B')PREPARATION
-We cut the tomatoes to small pieces and blend them to be juice in blender
-We cut the carott into small round pieces
-We wash green peppers and cut them to pieces
-We cut the onion and pinch of garlic to pieces
-We put half tin of mushrooms by cutting them to small pieces
-As soon as we have all these ingredients we first put the blended tomatoes into a small casserole to start getting boiled
-Then we add above (cut ingredients) little by little, as we want, (regardless of turn of each ingredients), and we put them as soon as sauce is half done, letting them get boiled in the sauce
-When sauce is almost ready, we add half teaspoonful of salt and pepper, along with oreganon, almost one teaspoonful of sugar, and then finally the half glass of red wine or balsamico (optional)
We put all these secondary ingredients just five minutes before sauce is done,
We let all sauce get well done
-In the meantime we have boiled spaghetti, and we pour the sauce over them little by little, evenly,
