This is by far my most favorite fruit salad that I've come up with. Not only is it not just great to add to your breakfast table or as a quick dessert, you can make it ahead of time and refrigerate. I hope you enjoy it! —Lillian Erickson
Ingredients

2 small apples

1 banana
-
1 small honeydew melon

1 small cantaloupe melon

fresh mint for garnish, optional
Directions

Slice and cut all fruit and layer or mix in bowl.

If desired, place three sprigs of fresh mint in the center of the salad (I use chocolate mint, which I grow).
