  • 500 milliliters gin or vodka
  • 150 milliliters Campari
  • 500 milliliters thyme-infused simple syrup
  • 500 milliliters freshly squeezed and strained lime juice
  • 250 milliliters freshly squeezed pomelo, tangerine, or grapefruit juice
  • Sparkling water or dry sparkling wine
  • Dehydrated lemon wheels, for garnish
In This Recipe
  1. Combine all ingredients (except for the sparkling water or wine) in a non-reactive container, stir well, and chill in the refrigerator for at minimum 6 hours; 12 hours or overnight is optimal.
  2. To travel/gift: Decant into 750 milliliter bottles.
  3. To serve: Pour over ice into a highball glass, top with soda or sparkling wine, and garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.
