Directions
  1. Tools - Skewers, Instant Read Thermometer, Mixing Bowl, Grill, Ziploc Bag, Tongs
  2. FIRST STEP Take the Fullblood Wagyu beef for kabobs out of the freezer, and place it in the refrigerator 24 hours before starting this recipe.
  3. PREPARING THE MARINADE Combine all of the marinade ingredients (Dijon mustard, bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce) in a bowl. This is your marinade. Place the Wagyu beef for kabobs in a Ziploc bag. Pour the marinade over the Wagyu beef, and seal the bag. Place it in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 4 hours.
  4. PREPARING THE WAGYU BEEF KABOBS Once the Wagyu beef has marinated, preheat the grill to high. Remove the marinated Wagyu beef from the bag, and place it on your skewers. Grill the Wagyu beef kabobs for about 5 minutes. Then, flip them over, and repeat. Once the internal temperature of the Wagyu beef registers 135°F, take the skewers off the grill.
  5. FINAL STEPS Season the Wagyu beef kabobs to taste with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve the kabobs over a bed of rice and grilled vegetables, and enjoy!
