Directions

Chop the onion, tomato, garlic and sweet pepper
-
Combine the garlic, black pepper and beef in a bowl
-
Heat some oil in a frying pan and add the onion, hot pepper, bell pepper, tomato and thyme. Fry gently for about 10 minutes stirring gently
-
Add the beef mixture and the water to the pain.
Fry gently for a further 5 minutes before serving
