Cinnamon bread

Eggs

Crunch bacon

1 pinch
Salt

1 pinch
Black pepper

1/2 cup
Cheddar cheese shredded

Splash
Hot sauce

Splash
Milk

1 tablespoon
Butter
Directions

Beat 1 egg and coat cinnamon bread thoroughly.

Begin to fry until done

Beat remaining eggs and milk, salt, pepper until frothy.

Melt butter to coat fry pan and pour egg mixture inside.

Keep the egg mixture moving as you use spatula to release edges of egg/ommelette

Add cheese into center of ommelette and fold egg over to create your ommelette.

Place ommelette on French toast.

Place bacon top and drizzle with hot sauce
