Directions

Separate the yolk from the egg whites.

In one bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar; in the other, whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt.

Mix flour, baking soda, milk, and sunflower oil in a bowl. Add whipped egg whites and egg yolks. Gently mix the dough.

Pour the dough into a baking tin. Make sure you have baking paper. Add to the top chocolate and peanuts. Bake it at 180 degrees.
