Ingredients
  • 100 grams flour
  • 40 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 milliliters sunflower oil
  • 60 milliliters milk
  • 40 grams 60% dark chocolate
  • 20 grams peanuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
  1. Separate the yolk from the egg whites.
  2. In one bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar; in the other, whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt.
  3. Mix flour, baking soda, milk, and sunflower oil in a bowl. Add whipped egg whites and egg yolks. Gently mix the dough.
  4. Pour the dough into a baking tin. Make sure you have baking paper. Add to the top chocolate and peanuts. Bake it at 180 degrees.
