chicken breast, cut into thin strips

chili powder

cumin

1 tablespoon
paprika

salt

garlic cloves, minced

limes

red onion, thinly sliced

red bell peppers, sliced

2 tablespoons
olive oil

1/4 cup
cilantro, chopped

avocado, diced

Tortilla shells

Shredded cheese
Directions

Heat oven to 425 degrees

In a large bowl toss chicken, red bell pepper, onions, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, garlic, juice of 1 lime, and oil

Transfer to sheet pan and cook 25 minutes

Heat tortilla shells in oven or on stove

Add the chicken, pepper and onion mix to a tortilla shell and top with cheese, sour cream, avocado, cilantro and lime (or toppings of choice)
