Bourbon Whisky & Caramelized Bananas Takes This Ice Cream To Another Level So Delicious. Created This Dessert Back In Center City Philadelphia Make It Take A Picture … Great For A Date Dessert —Maurice Farmer

What You'll Need
  • 2 cups Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 1/2 cups Butter
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 pieces Whole Bananas Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Whiskey Any Kind Of Your Choice
  • 1/2 gallon Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 2 pieces Fresh Mint For Garnish
  1. Using a med size pot heat stove to med high Heat add 1 cup of butter once it starts melting add in 1/2 cup sugar next add in the walnuts stirring walnuts turn down heat to low med until Caramelized about 6 mins. Once done using the same pot or transfer to a metal bowl putting b It right in the freezer for about 1 hour.
  2. This requires a gas stove or gun torch. Using a 8” or 7” Sauté pan turn heat on high Med add in the 1/2 cup butter once melted add in 1/2 cup of brown sugar make sure to use a spoon mixed sugar well then add in your sliced bananas sauté for 1 min then add in your whiskey Telt the pan over a lil to the flame so the bananas will start to flamboyant & Caramelized for about 3 mins remove from stove next get your bowl or glass dish take two scoops of ice cream next using a spoon split the bananas up with sauce in both dishes & next add the candied walnuts on top spreading around the ice cream for garnish use the mint leaves in the center.
