The summer sun is hot, but we're cooling off with a refreshing, fruity sip packed with a punch of pineapple. This easy-to-make cocktail is ready in just minutes. —Marie Lynn Whitted
Ingredients

16 ounces
Pineapple-based juice

2 shots
Rum (optional)

4 ounces
Ice

2 pieces
Freshly sliced pineapple, to garnish

1 pinch
Sugar
Directions

Add ice to shaker.

Combine with rum, pineapple juice, and sugar in shaker. PRO TIP: We used a coconut-based rum for a subtle hint of flavor, and Calypso Pineapple Peach Limeade for an extra fruity burst.

Sub in cream of coconut for zero proof cocktails!

Shake for 15 seconds.

Pour into chilled glass.
