These cinnamon donut muffins are fluffy and moist, dipped in melted butter and cinnamon sugar, and easy to make in just one bowl! —Melina
Ingredients

milk

5 tablespoons
granulated sugar

1 tablespoon
cinnamon
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a muffin pan with paper liners; set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.

In a medium bowl, whisk the milk, butter, and eggs together until well combined.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix just until combined.

Divide the batter evenly between the muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Transfer muffins to a wire rack to cool completely.

Mix the 5 tablespoons granulated sugar with the cinnamon, set aside. Melt the 1/4 cup butter, set aside.

Once the muffins are cooled, dip the muffin tops in the melted butter, then cover them with cinnamon sugar.
