Thoroughly rinse rice thoroughly. Add rice and water to an Anyday Deep Dish and cover with the lid (knob lifted).
For a 1000 watt microwave, cook rice at Power Level 3 for 22 minutes, or until the water has been absorbed and rice is tender (try one!). If rice is still too hard, add more time at Power Level 3 in 2-minute increments.
Rest for 5 minutes with the lid on to allow rice to gently finish steaming. Fluff rice before serving.
