Healthy Teriyaki Chicken with Mango, Avocado and sweet red peppers. —Rajat Dhameja

What You'll Need
  • 1 cup Chicken Breast
  • 1 cup Semi Ripe Mango
  • 1 cup Ripe Avocado
  • 1 piece Sweet red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Salad dressing of your choice.
  • 2 tablespoons Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro
  1. Cut chicken breast into bite size pieces. Sautee chicken until cooked and mix in Teriyaki sauce. Sautee again for 1 minute.
  2. Cut semi ripe Mango, avocado and sweet red pepper into desired size for the bowl
  3. Combine chicken and other ingredients in a bowl and mix or layer in a sequence of your choice.
  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds and cilantro followed by a delicious dressing
