This is a very nice and delicious recipe, with a variety of alternatives cooked with several ingredients each time. Main recipe, shimps with rice, can be cooked with red sauce as here, and use of several secondary ingredients, such as for ex. red or white wine, or so.
-A' INGREDIENTS
-500 gr. shrimps
-1 bag rice
-1 tin tomato sauce or 5 tomatoes
-1 glass of red wine
-3 tiny pieces of one pinch of garlic
-1 onion
-1 piece of mint
-3 tablespoon olive oil
B' PREPARATION
-We boil the rice first in a big casserole, then we boil the shrimps to an extent by putting them in a pan of olive oil to fry, and extinguish them with red wine, along with onion cut to very small pieces.-Then we put the shrimps, as they are in the casserole of rice, with pieces of garlic. We add mint, cut to small pieces, by putting also the tin of tomatoes, or the fresh tomatoes squeezed in blender first.
-We mix well, and we boil the whole mixture till it's well done.
