Ingredients

Oranges

Olives (Kalamata if possible)

Fresh ginger root

Dried mint

Fleur de sel

Dried mint
Directions

Cut the oranges in slices, then in half.

Place the oranges on a plate, add pitted olives, sprinkle with olive oil, chopped ginger, dried mint and fleur de sel.

I like to serve it with barley bread. Enjoy!
