oats

2 tablespoons
chia seeds

oat milk

small grated carrot

pinch
ground ginger, cinnamon and salt

1/4 cup
chopped dried apricots

1 tablespoon
pistachio nuts

1 tablespoon
favorite nut butter
Directions

Mix the oats, chia and enough oat milk to cover and place in the fridge. In the morning add the spices, carrot, mix then top with apricots, pistachio and nut butter.
