This is one of my favorite recipes that I have ever made and the taste is amazing! This recipe has been passed done generations in my family and over the years the recipe has been improve to make the taste and texture a little bit better. Ingredients

Red Potatoes

Bacon slices

Red Onion

2 teaspoons
Garlic

1/2 cup
Chicken broth

1/4 cup
Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tablespoon
Dijon Mustard

2 teaspoons
Granulated Sugar

1 tablespoon
Salt

1 tablespoon
Pepper

1/2 cup
Chopped Parsley

2 tablespoons
Olive oil
Directions

Boil chopped potatoes over medium heat for 20-25 minutes until soft.

Bake the bacon in oven for 15 minutes, or until crispy. Pour the bacon grease in a cup because you will use it later.

Add onions to skillet with the bacon grease, cook for 5 minutes. Then add the mince garlic, cook for 30 seconds longer

Pour chicken broth, vinegar, dijon mustard, and sugar. Bring the liquid to a simmer, let reduce.

Added in the chopped potatoes, bacon, and olive oil, toss. Season with salt and pepper.

Remove from heat and toss in the parsley.
