Ingredients

Can of pumpkin

1/2 cup
Butter softened

1 cup
Sugar

1/2 teaspoon
Salt

1 teaspoon
Vanilla

Egg

2 cups
Flour

1 teaspoon
Baking powder

1 teaspoon
Baking soda

1 teaspoon
Cinnamon

16 oz package of butterscotch chips

1 cup
chopped pecans
Directions

Preheat the oven to 375

Spray cookie sheets with non-stick spray

Blend together the pumpkin, butter and sugar

Mix in the salt, vanilla and egg

Then add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon, and mix together well

Stir in the butterscotch chips and pecans
-
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto the greased cookies sheets
-
Bake until brown (about 12 to 15 minutes). If baking on convection, 6 min.
