Author Notes
My grandma was well known for these cookies and they've been a staple every Christmas in my family for as long as I can remember. These cookies are pillowy soft, full of orange flavor and are iced with a bright citrusy icing - perfect for dreary Pennsylvania winters! My grandma had them on all of her cookie plates and now that she's been gone almost 2 years, I still make them because it wouldn't be Christmas without them! —Skylar
