Instant Coffee

1 pound
White Chocolate

1/4 cup
Cocoa Butter
Directions

In a blender turn the Instant Coffee into Powder

Melt Cocoa Butter and White Chocolate Together

Add Instant Coffee Powder to the White Chocolate mixture

Cool the mixture to 81 F while Mixing
-
Raise the temperature to 90 F while Mixing
-
Pour the mocha into chocolate molds and cool!
