medium apples

1 teaspoon
ground cinnamon
Directions

Preheat oven to 200°F/100°C. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Core apples and slice into thin pieces. The thinner the slices, the crispier the chip!

Lay apple slices in a single layer on lined baking sheet and sprinkle chips evenly with cinnamon.

Bake at 200°F/100°C for 2 hours.

Remove baking sheet from oven and transfer chips to cooling rack.

Cool and serve.
