oil

sour cream

vanilla extract

fresh lemon juice

lemon zest

1 3/4 cups
all-purpose flour

1 1/2 teaspoons
baking powder

1/2 teaspoon
baking soda

1/2 teaspoon
salt
- Lemon Glaze

1 cup
powdered sugar

2 tablespoons
fresh lemon juice
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a loaf pan. Set aside.

Using a stand mixer, beat together oil and sugar. Add in eggs, sour cream, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Beat well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add dry ingredients to the mixer. Beat until just combined.

Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes.

To make the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar and lemon juice. Pour glaze over cooled loaf.
