I have no idea where this recipe came from. I've had it scribbled on a post-it note, in Hebrew, for at least 15 years. Most of my friends who have tasted it had the same reaction - strange upon first taste, but worth polishing off anyway. —Hummusit
chopped green onion
finely chopped corriander
finely chopped parsley
finely chopped/crushed fresh ginger

Mix all ingredients. Chill for at last an hour to allow flavors to mix and absorb. Serve with veggie sticks.
