Focaccia Pizza

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 600 grams Bread Flour
  • 535 milliliters Water
  • 14 grams Salt
  • 1 gram Dry Active Yeast
  • 6 grams Sugar
  • 60 milliliters Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
Directions
  1. Mix dry and wet ingredients.
  2. Put it in the fridge for 1 to 2 days.
  3. Do stretch and fold 4 times, about 15 minutes apart.
  4. Put it on a well-oiled sheet tray and stretch it out. Wait 15 minutes if it doesn't want to stretch all the way.
  5. Put it on lowest rack of oven cold. Set the oven temp to 400 degrees. Wait about 30 minutes or until it looks well browned on top.
