large tomatoes

red onion

cloves garlic

5 tablespoons
Fresh Press Farms Bold Olive Oil

1/4 cup
fresh basil

2 tablespoons
red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon
balsamic vinegar

salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

Chop tomatoes, red onion, garlic and basil and add to small bowl.

Add olive oil and vinegars to bowl and mix together.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

For best flavor, allow to rest in refrigerator overnight.
