I've made it several times for friends and everyone loved it. Several friends have asked me for the recipe! Love, love this combo of flavors! I didn't change a thing about the recipe....perfect as is!!

I love the thought of this recipe but am I'm con fused about the border. I understand about cutting the inside but after that there is no discussion about how to create the border. I have read this several.

Hi Linda, placing the toppings on the tart will weigh it down, so only the space around the edge, outside of the cuts, will rise.

Hi. You don’t actually cut the boarder, just trace lightly with the knife. I believe this is done to give a guideline as to where to fill the pastry. I personally wouldn’t do that. I would just keep my toppings away from the edge by roughly 1/2 an inch.

Unless tracing also keeps the pastry from rising in the middle and only rise on the edges. It’s not clear

I’m making a decent compensation from home $60k/week , which was astonishing under a year prior I was jobless in a horrendous economy. I was honored with these guidelines and presently it’s my obligation to show kindness and share it with Everyone,
