Sun-Maid Yogurt Covered Spring Nests

Sun-Maid asked and the Easter Bunny delivered. These no-bake "nests" of hoppiness feature Sun-Maid Yogurt Covered Raisins to create a perfect spring snack that is as beautiful as it is delicious. —Emily Smith

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 Sun-Maid Vanilla Yogurt Covered Raisins – Spring Mini Pack
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 3 cups Granola
  • 1 cup Coconut Flakes
  • 1 Mini-Cupcake Tray
Directions
  1. Combine Granola, Coconut Flakes, Peanut Butter & Honey in a bowl and mix until even.
  2. Scoop mixture into mini-cupcake tray – be sure to grease pan before scooping.
  3. Use a piece of wax paper to press down on each “nest” to make sure they are well compacted in the tray.
  4. Place the whole tray in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to firm “nests."
  5. While “nests” are in the refrigerator, prep coconut flake topping by adding food coloring and spreading a thin layer of flakes out on a baking sheet to dry.
  6. Remove cupcake tray from the refrigerator and make an indent in the center of each “nest” by pressing down with a measuring spoon.
  7. Top each nest with a bed of coconut flakes or Spring-inspired Decorating Confections & Sun-Maid Vanilla Yogurt Covered Raisins.
