Directions

Add the sunflower seeds to a food processor/blender and blend until you achieve a fine texture, similar to almond flour or a coarse sand. Place the sunflower seed "flour" into a medium bowl.

Add the sunflower seed butter, cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt to the bowl and stir everything together until a dough forms. You can use a spatula or your hands. Fold in the chocolate chips.
