What You'll Need
  • 3 cups oats
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup Sun-Maid California Sun-Dried Raisins
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 (if you like it less "crispy," set to 335 or 340)
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Combine all ingredients (except raisins) into a large bowl and stir until combined well.
  4. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in an even layer, pressing down gently.
  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until done.
  6. Let cool completely, add raisins, and break into chunks. Add as a topping to oatmeal, yogurt, or just for snacking!
