oats

2 teaspoons
cinnamon

2 teaspoons
vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon
salt

1/2 cup
maple syrup

1/4 cup
coconut oil

1/2 cup
Sun-Maid California Sun-Dried Raisins
Directions

Preheat your oven to 350 (if you like it less "crispy," set to 335 or 340)

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine all ingredients (except raisins) into a large bowl and stir until combined well.

Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in an even layer, pressing down gently.

Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until done.

Let cool completely, add raisins, and break into chunks. Add as a topping to oatmeal, yogurt, or just for snacking!
