Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat)

Mushrooms

2 tablespoons
Chopped O1nion

1 teaspoon
Olive Oil

Slice Cheddar Cheese
Directions

Form beef into a patty and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Grill burger to desired degree of doneness.

Slice the mushrooms and onions then sauté in a skillet with 1 teaspoon of virgin olive oil until mushrooms are soft and onions are tender.

To serve, place burger on plate, top with onions and mushrooms and then cheese.
