Atkins Cheddar Burger with Sautéed Mushrooms and Onions Recipe

Summer grilling is not complete without a burger recipe, and Atkins has a high-protein, low-carb recipe that you are absolutely going to love! —Atkins Nutritionals

What You'll Need
  • 6 ounces Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat)
  • 4 Mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped O1nion
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Slice Cheddar Cheese
  1. Form beef into a patty and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Grill burger to desired degree of doneness.
  2. Slice the mushrooms and onions then sauté in a skillet with 1 teaspoon of virgin olive oil until mushrooms are soft and onions are tender.
  3. To serve, place burger on plate, top with onions and mushrooms and then cheese.
