Ingredients

450 grams
Cubed Melon (Cantaloupe, Honeydew, and Musk Melon are all great choices)

3/4 cup
Whole Fat Milk

1 pint
Vanilla Ice Cream

2 sprigs
Thyme
Directions

Puree melon and milk in blender on high until smooth, about 1 minute. If using a plant-based milk, feel free to add a teaspoon or two of a neutral oil for a creamier texture.

Add ice cream to blender. Pulse until desired consistency is reached, adding more milk if needed. Shake should be mostly smooth, but not too runny.

Pour into cups. Garnish with thyme sprigs and serve immediately.
