Boneless Chicken

2 teaspoons
Chilli Powder

Garam Masala

1 tablespoon
Ginger Garlic Paste

Lemon juice / Vinegar

1 teaspoon
Soy Sauce

Yogurt

Potato Starch

Japanese Mayo/ Kewpie Mayo

Cube the boneless chicken into bite size pieces.

Marinade the chicken with Garam Masala, Chilli powder, Ginger Garlic paste, Lemon, Yogurt, Salt, Soy Sauce for atleast 15 minutes.

Coat every single piece on potato starch.

Deep Fry the coated chicken on medium heat.

Double fry the chicken. First fry should 6 minutes on medium heat. Allow the chicken to cool down and 3 minutes for the second fry.

Top them with Scallions and Kewpie Mayo. Optional, serve them along with a slice of lemon to squeeze on top of the fried goodness before eating .
