Test Kitchen Notes
This recipe combines unsalted butter with a smattering of fresh herbs, scallions, zippy jalapeño, and a healthy dose of flaky sea salt. Serve it with sourdough crackers and radishes, plus Bread & Butter California Sauvignon Blanc and California Pinot Grigio to match the butter’s bright, herbaceous qualities.
