Author Notes
This recipe was inspired by expensive food prices and mother natures bounty! Pork Sirloin Chops are a commonly overlooked cut of meat that I prefer over pork chops all day! The sirloin chop has more texture, flavor and is a fraction of the price! The veggies were roasted in my new blue carbon steel pan I bought off the Food52 store (here's the link for it! https://c8.is/42IhW5P) —Lorenzo Tavani
