Pasta of choice (preferably long)

Peaches

Olive oil

Black pepper

Fresh basil (or dry)

Parmiggiano

1/2 teaspoon
Curcuma (Turmeric)
Directions

Boil water with half a teaspoon of curcuma (turmeric) and cook the pasta per instruction.

In the meantime, blanche the peaches by dipping them in boiling water for about 3 minutes. Peel them as you would tomatoes. Cut in slices.

Marinate the peaches in a little bit of olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper.

Drain the pasta, top with the peach slices, basil (fresh or dry) and some Parmiggiano shavings. Serve and enjoy!
