calaminsi lime juice

1/2 cup
water

1 cup
white sugar
Directions

Squeeze 1/2 cup worth of calamansi lime juice. Alternatively, you can use key lime juice.

Pour the water, lime juice and sugar into a small sauce pan. (Calamansi is super sour so you need to dilute it with water.) Heat over medium and stir till the syrup has dissolved!

Allow to cool then refrigerated in an airtight sterilised container.
