Ingredients

Flour

1/4 cup
Brown Sugar

1/2 cup
Chopped pecans

1/2 cup
Melted butter

2 cups
Fresh sliced strawberries

1 cup
Granulated sugar

1 cup
Heavy whipping cream

Egg whites

2 tablespoons
Fresh Lemon juice
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix crust mixture ,flour, sugar and nuts then pour in melted butter and mix with fork until consistency of
Crumbs. Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet and let them bake for 15-20 minutes stir a bit now and then. Remove from oven and cool.

Combine strawberries after chopping in a processor pulsed a few times and add to a bowl with half the sugar and lemon juice.
Beat the egg whites till stiff and set aside. Beat the whipped cream with rest of sugar . Fold in all together.

Place 2/3 of nut mixture on the bottom of an 8x8 or slightly larger dish . Add all the strawberry mixture on top then remaining nut crumbs.

Seal well in dish and freeze for at least 6 hours.

Remove from freezer about at least 30 minutes before serving.spoon som extra whipped cream on top and a whole berry after cutting in squares.
