Extra brat buns get their time on the grill in a very different way! This great make ahead desert can be put on the grill after dinner has been prepared, and will yield a delicious and easy sweet treat to end a fun day of tailgating. We used an 8” cast iron skillet for this decadent desert to great success, but you can experiment with other grill safe vessels if need be. —SP
