Absolutely delicious! How I remember it coming up. I also use turkey for my protein but I know that bacon or pork sausage would also be good. This is the second time I made this recipe and this time I had red cabbage i didn't want to waste and it was also good!

Very tasty. Easy and quick to prepare. I've used one whole bell pepper as it added even more taste and colour. I've used sausage seasoned with herbs and it was great. The pairing of ingredients in this dish is spot-on. One of the best cabbage dishes I've eaten, and I've eaten a lot of them. On a side note, my cabbage needed some more time, maybe even 10 minutes more.
