I call this a pre dessert, after a fish dinner, and before the dessert.
It’s also a way to use left over egg yolks, after making meringue.

Ingredients

tablespoons of homemade lemon curd.

tablespoons of cream cheese.

tablespoons of full fat fresh cream.

Teaspoon of lime zest.

dragon fruit cut in small cubes, or amaretti biscuits.
Directions

Whisk in a food processor the first four ingredients

Arrange 6 appetitive glasses and fill each up to tree quarters with the fruit or crushed biscuits.

Top with two tablespoons of the cream.
Refrigerate and grate before serving some more lime zest.
