This is an easy appetiser. It can be made with other kinds of fish, but it has to be super fresh. —elena antoniou
Ingredients

1 kilogram fresh sea bass, filtered.

Lime, juice and zest

Teaspoon of grated ginger.

1 tablespoon
Lemon juice

Tablespoons olive oil

Tablespoon fresh chopped red chilli.

Tablespoon sliced radish. Small pieces.

Pink peppercorns crushed.

Salt

Spring onion sliced.

Some chopped chive or micro greens.
Directions

Place the filet of fish on a clean board and slice as thinly as possible as fast as possible. Cover with cling film and refrigerate immediately.

Put all the ingredients except the vegetables in a container and shake for a few minutes

5-10 minutes before serving, pour the sauce over the fish and garnish with the spring onions and greens.
