Grab and Go Sushi Rolls

This is a starter to Japanese cooking and can be made without meat by swapping fish for veggies. Tip: Serve with soy sauce. —Nicholas

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 6 cups Cooked rice
  • 2 Tuna or salmon fish fillets (raw)
  • 6 nori seaweed
Directions
  1. Chop fish into bite-sized pieces.
  2. With wet hands, roll and squish rice into 6 patties. Put a fish piece in the center of each patty.
  3. Fold each side inward, enclosing the fish. Once all the fish is covered, wrap seaweed around each rice ball. Pinch the ends on each side into the rice ball.
