Author Notes
Stuffed with chocolate, gooey goodness, cake batter, Halloween candy, Oreo cookies, topped with Nutella and baked to imperfection -- what's not to love about a creative 8-year old in the kitchen baking a birthday cake for her brother with Mom? This one is a "must-try-once" to become a time-honored family baking tradition for generations to come. —Vivian Henoch

-
3/4 cup

2
KitKat Candy Bars (chunked)

3

Directions
-
Think chocolate lasagna: the secret ingredient is in the layers!
First: Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and grease a mini loaf pan.
In Mila's words:
First, take a chocolate cake recipe of your choice and add a thin layer at the bottom of the pan.
Add mini marshmallows . . . as much as needed to cover the the chocolate.
Add another layer of the batter.
On that layer add a spoonful of Nutella.
Then, crumble KitKat bars and Oreo cookies and place on top of Nutella layer.
Finish with a generous swoosh of Nutella on top!
-
Place in center rack of preheated oven at 325 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool. Option: add chocolate jimmies, sparkles or any other decoration desired. Dig in and enjoy!
