**Grilled Chicken and Avocado Quinoa Bowl**

**Ingredients:**
- 1 cup quinoa, cooked and fluffed
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
- 1 large avocado, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

**For the Dressing:**
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

**Instructions:**
1. In a bowl, assemble quinoa, grilled chicken slices, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
