plain Greek yogurt

orange juice

1/2 teaspoon
turmeric (ground or fresh grated)

black pepper, to taste

Pinch
cinnamon (optional)

1/2 tablespoon
honey, to taste

ice cubes, cracked
Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a blender.

Blend and pour. Garnish with another pinch of cinnamon if desired.
