A healthy and easy way to start off your morning.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 banana
- 2 ounce orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric (ground or fresh grated)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
- pinch cinnamon (optional)
- 1/2 tablespoon honey, to taste
- 2-3 ice cubes, cracked

Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
- Step 2
Blend and pour. Garnish with another pinch of cinnamon if desired.
