Ingredients
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 2 ounces orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric (ground or fresh grated)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
  • Pinch cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey, to taste
  • 2-3 ice cubes, cracked
Directions
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend and pour. Garnish with another pinch of cinnamon if desired.
