finely chopped garlic

crashed cumin

tomato paste

200 grams
canned chopped tomatoes

sunflower oil

Directions

turn the oven on 200 C.
Have a deep oven baking tray ready.

Fry on medium heat, in two tablespoons of oil the chopped onion for a few minutes, then add the garlic and ginger for another few minutes, follow with the chopped spring onion, celery and carrots. cook for app three minutes, steering continuously. Add the tomato paste stir for a minute then the chopped tomatoes.

in another pan dry fry all the spices for a minute.
Add to the vegetables

Mix everything together with the cauliflower the rest of the oil and salt in the baking tray.

Cover and cook 1 hour in the over, then take it out stir around and continue cooking uncovered for another 20 minutes.
